BRAHMATAL TREK

VALLEY OF FLOWERS TREK

The valley of flowers is an exotic place to visit if you are interested in plants, nature, and the beautiful views it offers. It is about 3352 to 3658 meters above sea level.  It is located in Uttarakhand of the Himalayan region. The Valley of Flowers is open to all from the month of June first week. The best feeling of refreshment is during the monsoon months of July and August.

The Valley of Flowers trek is a moderate trekking experience and even the beginner can take part in the same. This place has been a famous National Park since 1982 and now is under the title of UNESCO World Heritage site from July 14th, 2005. This is a most welcoming place to the residents and to the tourists who would like to explore the flora and fauna of the same. It takes almost a week to finish exploring this wonderland. This is a remotely located place and can take about 3 days to reach from Haridwar. Valley of Flowers also holds a place in the mythology of Ramayana wherein Hanuman brought magical herbs for Laxman, brother of Rama. It is believed that Hanuman plucked the herbs from this valley. 

GIDARA BUGYAL TREK

It is around 13,300 feet altitude. It is located in the Uttarakhand region. This trekking takes almost a week to end. This trek is a moderate – difficult trek that can be done during the months of late June to September. Trekking to Gidara Bugyal is more adventurous and dangerous than that of Dayara Bugyal trek. During trekking, if anyone feels difficulty in carrying their luggage, there are easily available porters or mules to do the same. It is a recommended trekking spot for couples, groups, corporates, foreigners, etc. Amazing views of Bandarpoonch peak and Gangotri river. 

GOECHALA TREK

This is an altitude of about 15,500 feet. It is the most difficult trekking spot. It is located in the Sikkim region. It takes almost 10 days to complete this trekking experience. The best time to visit is during April and May or September and October. The stunning view of not just one mountain but of 14 mountains is the main highlight of this trekking. The other one is the sunrise from the Kanchenjunga range. The biggest attraction of the same is the Samiti lake. 

PIN BHABA PASS TREK

It is located in Himachal Pradesh at about 16,105 feet altitude. Trekking can take about 9 days to complete. July- September is the best month to go trekking. Kafnu is the base camp for the Pin Bhaba pass trek. This trekking is known as the most dramatic trek. On a daily basis, the scenery of the same keeps changing and brings beauty each day differently. There is surprise by nature itself each day for the trekkers. Trekking on river deltas is very rare and here you can camp right beside one of them. It is difficult and is recommended to take up by experienced trekkers only. 

GREAT LAKES TREK

It is located in Kashmir as the name suggests. It is about 13,800 feet of altitude. It is a moderate-difficult trekking experience, which can be done during the months of July-September and can be completed in 7 days. It is a beautiful picturesque lake with each lake being more wonderful than the previous one. The place is also known as “Heaven on Earth” due to its amazing beauty. From Srinagar, it’s about 75kms northeast. This trekking is said to be a 3D IMAX experience because it is such a grandeur trekking.
